CGC Scheduled EVENTS

To host an event, board games, card games or miniatures, contact  Roland Fricke.  As a reminder, most of our board game GMs do not schedule their events. With an average monthly attendance of 35, there is plenty of activity for gamers.   Feel free to bring a copy of your favorite game or you are always welcome to play in one of ours. Due to the space and time commitments of miniatures, hosts of these events are encouraged to contact Roland to guarantee space and time availability.

Description:  Bring any Book II or Late Book I army to an open round robin event.

Title: Air battle  Coral Sea

Description:   Dogfight as a American or a Japanese airman with wildcats and zeros!  Can u survive!?

Title: TERMINATOR: LAST STAND

Host: Mark Lundequist

Rules: Terminator 2 Year in Darkness (Modified)

 

Description:  The War with the Machines has raged for decades.  The Chiwaukee Resistance was eventually pushed out of Milwaukee, but at a huge cost to the local Skynet Sector forces. With more Resistance reinforcements on the way from the Illinois, an intensive effort has been called to prevent the Terminators from fortifying their positions across the Chiwaukee Prairie.  Will the Resistance make their stand in the ruins of Kenosha or fall to the resolve of Skynet? 

 

Scale 25-28mm, up to 6 players

Description:  25mm DBA with armies provided.  Alexander versus Indians or Persians.

Title: Clash off of the Barbary Coast

Host: John Covello

Rules: Scrubs & Swabs

 

Description Pirates - Scrubs & Swabs. 28mm naval skirmish.

 

Option A: An open sea fight between the Barabry corsairs and the Royal navy..   28mm Frigate and new 28mm xebec boarding action. Up to 6 players.

Optional game B: - Storm the shore battery - The Royal Navy wants to be rid of a pesky shore battery on the Barbary coast.  Land action with Royal marines, seaman, vs pirates. Players can choose either one or we may run both if one game ends quick.
