Our event runs for an entire week from February 18th - 27th, 2011. We are informal and not really a convention but a small gathering. We are very interested in adding some people to our group. We have a great gaming area this year and a very nice room rate. The cost to attend is the fee we are charged by the hotel for the big conference room, divided by the number of people attending. Usually this has worked out around $50.00 - $60.00 for the week.
